NC State’s Bell Tower Lit in Red for Jane Hoppin

Congratulations to Dr. Jane Hoppin who was the recent recipient of the 2021 Gov. James E. Holshouser Jr. Award for her outstanding service and community engagement involving PFAS exposures in North Carolina.  In honor of Dr. Hoppin’s achievement NC State lit the below tower in red on February 25, 2022.  The Belltower is lit red for holidays that honor our veterans, such as Memorial Day and Veterans’ Day, and to celebrate NC State’s proudest occasions and achievements. You can read more about Jane’s award here.
