Dr. Nathan Crook Receives Prestigious Goodnight Early Career Innovator Award

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Nathan Crook, assistant professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and a valued member of our center, has been named a recipient of NC State’s 2024-25 Goodnight Early Career Innovator Award.

This prestigious program recognizes early-career faculty whose scholarship is driving innovations and advancements in STEM and STEM education. As one of 25 outstanding faculty members selected, Dr. Crook will receive $22,000 annually for the next three years to support his research and scholarship endeavors.

The Goodnight Early Career Innovator Award reflects NC State’s commitment to supporting promising faculty who are tackling global challenges through transformative research. Dr. Crook’s achievements exemplify this mission, and we are incredibly proud to celebrate his success.
