Dr. Katy May Receives Outstanding Engagement Award

At a ceremony on March 24th, Dr. May, CHHE Community Engagement Core Director was honored with NC State’s 2026 Outstanding Engagement Award and was inducted into the Academy of Outstanding Faculty in Extension and Engagement (AOFEE). She was nominated by CHHE and the Office of Research & Innovation, followed with selection by the AOFEE Executive Council and Vice Provost for Outreach and Engagement. She will serve a 3-year term on the AOFEE Executive Council.
