Session 1: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, New user training
Users will learn how to:
• Perform pathway analysis on user’s data
o Dataset format, upload, and pathway/core analysis
o Discover key biological mechanisms, regulators and targets
• Compare different groups (time points, treatments)
o Activity heatmap for pathways, regulators and biological functions
o Compare contrast activity of pathways, biological functions and regulators
o Discover condition specific biomarkers
• Compare user data with public data
o Analysis Match heatmap
• Generate network using genes, chemicals, and disease of interest even without dataset
o Predict activity of custom network using Molecule Activity Predictor

Session 2: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Single cell RNA-seq training
Users will learn how to:
• Compare different cell clusters using Comparison Analysis
• Construct custom network for single cell RNA-seq analysis
o Overlay own dataset and compare with public single cell data
o Predict cell types associated with the network using the Cells and Tissues overlay
• Compare your full analysis signature with over 141,000 precomputed public analyses in IPA
