This year, Beer-Reviewed Science will take place on the fourth Monday of the month at Oak and Dagger Public House. We kicked off 2018 with You are what you eat…and drink. Drs. Mike Cowley, Erin McKenney, and Lynsey Romo hosted a lively discussion on diet and alcohol choices, and how they impact our health, and the health of our kids and grandkids. Over 30 people joined us, asking questions about the microbiome, high-fat American diets, and how to talk about personal dietary choices. Stay tuned for information on our next event!
